🔐 Request to Delete Your Account and Data

Additional Information

If you no longer wish to use Bloomm and would like your account and associated data permanently deleted, we're here to help.

Please follow the steps below to initiate an account deletion request:

📝 Steps to Request Deletion:

  1. Send an email to: support@25points.com
  2. Subject line: “Request to Delete Bloomm Account”
  3. In the email, please include:
    • Your registered email address or user ID
    • Confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

Once we receive your request, we will process your deletion within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email when completed.

🗃️ What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently erased from our systems:

  • Your Bloomm user account
  • Personal profile information (e.g., name, email)
  • Transaction history and recurring bill records
  • Saved financial goals and insights


To comply with applicable financial regulations and anti-fraud measures, we may retain:

  • Minimal anonymized transaction metadata for up to 30 days
  • Legal and compliance records (if required)

All retained data is stored securely and will not be used for marketing or analytics.
